Under the condition of 37°C and pH 5.5, the amount of enzyme required to release 1 μmol of reducing sugars from a xylan solution at a concentration of 5 mg/mL per minute is defined as one enzyme activity unit (U).
It can effectively degrade xylans in plant feed, break cell wall, eliminate its
anti-nutritional effect, and improve feed nutrient utilization.
Xylo-oligosaccharide, the enzymolysis product, can promote the proliferation of beneficial intestinal bacteria, inhibit the growth of anaerobic microorganisms and improve immunity.
Based on the specification of 100,000 U/g, 50-100 g of this product is added to each ton of compound feed.
